Lisa Blount, RN, BSN (Founder and Co-owner)

Lisa grew up in Fort Collins and enjoys everything that Windsor and the surrounding areas offer. Lisa has been an RN for 29 years in Northern Colorado, and with a career dedicated to healthcare, Lisa embodies a commitment to excellence, safety, and compassionate care that sets the standard for our practice. During her RN career she has transitioned from a Labor and Delivery nurse, to a Legal Nurse Consultant, and to Case Management. She fell in love with aesthetics and for the last 3 years, she has immensely enjoyed providing medical aesthetic care in Northern Colorado. Lisa is certified in medical aesthetic injectables and was trained under Jessica Marie (owner and fonder of JMarie Skin Studio and Modern Aesthetics Academy), in Longmont, which included extensive training through Allergen and Revance. Lisa is also a certified Spectrum laser specialist.
As an experienced RN, Lisa approaches each client with a meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical safety protocols. Her extensive knowledge allows her to assess each client's unique needs and tailor treatments accordingly, ensuring optimal results while prioritizing safety and comfort. Through ongoing education and training, she remains at the forefront of her field, continuously expanding her skill set to offer her clients the most effective and innovative treatments available. Lisa has genuine compassion and care for her clients and she approaches each client interaction with empathy, kindness, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in their lives. She takes the time to listen to her clients' concerns, addresses their questions, and alleviates any anxieties they may have. She believes in creating a trusting and supportive environment where clients feel valued and respected.

McKinize loves living in Northern Colorado. McKinize completed her education at White Magnolia Skin Institute and at Rocky Mountain Laser College. McKinize's passion for providing aesthetic care and medspa treatments to her clients radiates through every aspect of her work. With a genuine dedication to helping others feel happy, healthy, and fit, McKinize approaches each client with empathy, understanding, and a commitment to excellence. McKinize's passion extends beyond the treatment room; it's a driving force that fuels her continuous learning and growth in the ever-evolving field of medspa care. She stays abreast of the latest advancements and techniques, always striving to provide her clients with the best possible care and results.
